Typografische is the digital home of Fatih Hardal’s independent, Istanbul-based type studio — a place to experience his minimal, emotive typefaces and buy them. I built the front end to make the fonts the star of the show.
Challenge
The site needed a live type-tester so visitors could set their own words in each typeface in real time, plus motion detailed enough to hold attention without getting in the way of the letterforms.
Approach
I solved the interactivity with hand-built front-end techniques — a responsive specimen and trial experience, tied closely to the purchase flow so that trying a font leads naturally to buying it.
Outcome
Typografische became an aesthetic, functional showcase that connects Hardal’s work to a global audience. The project sharpened my skills in complex, interactive web experiences where creative craft and engineering meet.
